We mainly offer shipping to United State, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and some countries that you can see in the country section when making payment. If you are in other country, please contact us before ordering.
Most of our products are large in size, we can take up to 3-7 days for preparation, packaging and shipping registration.
Shipping time is about 10-20 business days depending on the size of the product you order, the impact of the epidemic as well as the control of the customs.
US orders ship USPS.
All Other Countries Ship Post.

For change of shipping address or cancelling after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change.
We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time or cancelled before your item is shipped because orders are sent to our fulfillment team in a few hours and we cannot stop shipment at that point, so please give us the information as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you.
We will send you the tracking code via your email as soon as it is provided by the shipping company.
Some tracking codes will show up slowly after a few days, please be patient.
We will also send a backup link for your convenience in case it does not work on our website.
We may ship in separate packages to either save cost or to get items faster to you. In any case, please contact us for more details.
